Luvanto Business Development Manager


  • Position Description

    To act as a Luvanto Business development Manager developing mutually beneficial relationships with new and existing customers.

  • Performance Objectives

    • Manage a portfolio of existing accounts within the target region with associated revenue growth targets.
    • Seek out and win new account business within the target region.
    • Develop highly effective relationships both internal and external through considerate, friendly and proactive professional behaviour.
    • Achieve and surpass all revenue and KPI targets.
    • Strategically develop Luvanto sales with Key Accounts throughout the designated region with the support and guidance of the sales manager.
    • Be an evangelist for the Luvanto range ensuring customers and prospects are kept abreast of new product developments and promotions as they emerge
  • Compliance Expectation

    • Respect QA’s values and uphold the mission & vision statement in your actions
    • Use the CRM and all other systems included in the sales role to best effect
    • Demonstrate excellent time & task management
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)

    • Monthly sales performance KPI’s on the management information system including (but not limited to) sales visits, sales, opportunities created, opportunities closed, new business accounts opened, new stands placed, new dealers set up.
  • Qualifications

    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Good grasp of sales methodology
    • Confident with IT and proficient user of Microsoft programs such as Word and Excel

    • Demonstrates tenacity and success in reaching out to prospects initially via telephone to qualify then followed by a visit
